About Godo Boutique Hotel
Our boutique hotel’s story is one filled with love and memories, gathered within the heart of a beautiful old house. I am Delaram, the last remaining member of this family, and I am delighted that you have come here to share in this history with us. Several decades ago, this place was a warm and welcoming home. My father, a sea captain, was passionate about the ocean, and his tales of distant journeys filled each of us with hope and dreams.
Lolagar Alley
An alley in the heart of Tehran that seems to have a mirror standing in its middle. Its two sides are twins, its doors and windows shoulder to shoulder, its iron railings in step with their opposites. This is the Lolagar Alley, a story born of symmetry and repetition, in a perfect symmetry where the traces of love and precision can be seen in its architecture.
Mohammad Baqir and Akbar Lolagar, two brothers who one day decided to build houses in this alley, neither one more nor the other less. And Master Hassan Bana, with a unique taste, brought such elegance to his work that it was as if the houses were carved from a single mold. Even their shadows fall on the cobblestones of the alley in the afternoon light, exactly the same size and harmony.
